As you read below, there are a few conditions that we ask to be observed to finalize your booking reservation and ensure as comfortable stay as possible in our apartments.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if something is not clear or if you have additional questions or requests.

How do I Finalize my Reservation ?
In order to finalize your booking reservation, we will ask for a booking deposit by bank transfer and/or credit card. The remainder of the reservation fee is to be paid upon arrival to your apartment in cash.

How can I Pay ?
All payments can be made in cash (EURO, USD, GBP or HUF). In addition, we can accept international bank transfer.

Will I get the room I booked ?
Yes, all reservations are made in the apartment requested.

What is your cancellation policy ?
In order to cancel your reservation without any penalty fee, we ask that you give us a minimum of 7 days advance notice prior to your expected arrival date.

If cancellation is made within this time, we will ask for the penalty payment fee of the booking deposit will be charged.

What is the check-in time ?
Normal check-in is 2pm. It is possible to check-in earlier, but this depends on availabilty.

What is the check-out time ?
Check-out time is latest 11am. Please always leave the apartment by the agreed time. Late check-out is subject to availability and if needed, you can leave your luggage either in the apartment or at our reception.

Please note we reserve the right to enter the apartment after the agreed check-out time and move and store your belongings if necessary.

When and where do I pick up my keys ?
We ask you to send us the details of your arrival so we know when to expect you.

At the time of your booking, we will send you the address of the apartment itself or our office reception.

Do I need to pay a deposit ?
A prepaid deposit will be asked for in order to finalize your reservation.

Are the apartments cleaned everyday ?
The apartments are not serviced during your stay. You are responsible for keeping the apartment in a clean condition. For longer stays longer than 1 week, weekly cleaning is included.

Are pets allowed ?
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing in advance.

Is smoking allowed ?
Our apartments are non-smoking, therefore we ask you not to smoke inside the apartments.

What if I bring extra guests with me ?
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed upon in writing or email. Fees will apply for extra guests.

Are there any restrictions on behavior ?
Please respect the neighbors as well as the silence of the house. Parties are strictly prohibited. In case we receive complaints from neighbors or the police, we may cancel your accommodation. In this event you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. Damages and breakages are also the guests' responsibility during their stay. The property should be returned in a similar state or condition as on arrival.
